How FreeChatNow works
Pick a mode, press start, meet one person, stay or skip. That is FreeChatNow in a sentence. Below is the rest: how matching works, what following does, what is free and what uses coins, how to put it on your phone and what to try when it seems down.
Step one: pick text, voice or video

Every FreeChatNow chat starts with a choice. Text keeps your camera off and lets you type. Voice lets you hear each other with the camera still off. Video puts you face to face. You choose before you match, and that mode stays locked until the chat ends.

Step two: press start and get matched
Tapping start drops you into the line for your chosen mode, and whoever else is standing in that line right then becomes your partner. Nobody chooses you from a gallery and you do not choose them either; matching is random, which is half the fun.
With tens of thousands of people online across the day, most matches take seconds. At quiet hours it can take a little longer, and switching modes sometimes helps.
Step three: talk, skip, follow
Once you are matched, the chat is yours and theirs alone. Stay as long as it is good. When it is not, skip and you move straight to the next person.
If you liked someone, follow them before you go. They will show up in your list, you can see when they are online, and you can request a private call later instead of hoping random matching brings you back together.

- Follow keeps a person you liked in your list.
- Report sends an account to the review team with your reason.
- Block means that account is never paired with you again.
Free matches versus coins

No payment is needed to begin. Your first visit comes with a few matches on the house. Beyond those, the Reward Center box above the matching area keeps producing extra free ones the longer you are online, and it can be opened more than once daily.
Once the free stock is gone, coins pay for further matches and for private calls with anyone on your follow list. Coins are bought in packs inside the site. We do not print amounts or prices here because they change; the Reward Center and the coin screen always show what applies today.

Free to start does not mean free forever. If a site promises unlimited free video chat, read its small print carefully.
Free chat now on mobile, no app download
There is no FreeChatNow app to download from a store, and you should not trust any APK that claims to be one. Everything, camera and mic included, works inside the phone’s browser, and an icon on your home screen opens it in one tap.
- iPhone: load FreeChatNow in Safari, hit the square-with-arrow button, pick Add to Home Screen.
- Android: load it in Chrome, open the ⋮ menu, choose Add to Home screen, which a few Android builds call Install app.

Is FreeChatNow down? Quick fixes
before you panic
When free chat now seems down, it is usually something on the device side. Work through this list before assuming the whole site is out:
- Refresh the page once and wait a few seconds.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network block.
- For voice or video, make sure the browser has camera and microphone permission.
- Quit any other app holding the camera, Zoom or FaceTime for instance.

How does FreeChatNow match people?
At random, inside the mode you chose. Whoever is queued in that mode when you tap start becomes your partner. There are no filters for gender or location.
Is FreeChatNow free?
Free to start. A starter set of matches comes first, then the Reward Center refills you at intervals during the day as long as you stay online. Extra matches and private calls after that use coins.
What is the Reward Center?
A small box on the match screen that rewards time spent online with extra free matches. You can claim from it more than once a day. What it offers can change, so check it each visit.
Is there a FreeChatNow app or a free chat now mobile version?
No store app exists. Run it in Safari or Chrome and pin it to the home screen. Any APK wearing the FreeChatNow name is not ours.
Why is free chat now not working for me?
Most often it is a blocked camera or microphone permission, a network that blocks video, or an outdated browser. Refresh, switch networks, check permissions and try again.
Can I get my coins back if I stop using the site?
Coins are digital items used inside FreeChatNow. The terms of service explain how purchases and refunds are handled.
Can I chat with the same person again?
Yes, if you followed them. They appear in your list, and you can request a private call when they are online.
