The camera or microphone does not work
- Open your browser’s site settings for freechatnow.tv and switch camera and mic to Allow.
- Shut down other programs holding the webcam.
- Reload the page, or try another browser.
- On a phone, check the system settings allow your browser to use the camera.
Matching takes a long time
At quiet hours it can take a little longer to find someone in your mode. Wait a few seconds, try another mode, or check your connection. Some networks, such as school or office Wi-Fi, block voice and video.
I cannot log in, or I keep getting logged out
Make sure cookies are allowed and you are not in a private window. The login page walks through guest mode and signing in.
My coins did not arrive
Reload the site first; purchases can take a moment to appear. If they are still missing, email [email protected] with the date, the amount and your receipt number.
I was banned
Temporary bans lift on their own. If you think a ban was a mistake, you can appeal; is FreeChatNow safe explains how.
