Who may use FreeChatNow

Users must be 18 or older and old enough under local law to accept a contract. Anything done through your account or guest session is on you, so guard your login.

What the service is

FreeChatNow pairs people one-on-one for text, voice and video conversations and lets them follow each other and request private calls. There are no group rooms. Features can appear, evolve or be switched off over time, and parts of the service can be unavailable during maintenance or outages.

Your behaviour

The community guidelines apply to everyone. Put briefly, you will not:

• Show nudity or sexual content, or pressure anyone into it.
• Harass, threaten, bully or use hate speech against anyone.
• Spam, advertise, share malicious links or try to scam other users.
• Pretend to be someone else, or use the service on behalf of anyone under 18.
• Record or share other users without their consent, or try to break or overload the service.

Coins and free matches

FreeChatNow is free to start. New users receive free matches and the Reward Center offers more while you stay online. The amounts can change. Coins are digital items used inside FreeChatNow for extra matches and private calls; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except where the law requires it or where we made a billing error.

Suspensions and bans

We may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, usually after reviewing a report. Serious cases, including anything involving minors, lead to a permanent ban. If you think a decision was wrong, you can appeal by writing to us; see is FreeChatNow safe for how appeals work. Coins on a banned account are forfeited.

Content you share

What you type, say or show stays yours, but you give us permission to transmit it to your match and to store the records described in the privacy policy so the service can run and reports can be reviewed.

What we cannot promise

We do not know the people you meet any better than you do. Identities are not verified ahead of a chat, and nobody’s conduct can be guaranteed. FreeChatNow comes without warranties, and where the law permits, responsibility for other users’ words and actions, or for indirect losses, is not ours.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use FreeChatNow after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
